Brian Hall
Brian is the owner and CEO of several companies which provide outsourced staffing, road and rail construction and real estate development. The companies – JIT Services, Specialized Construction Inc., JPCO Inc. and The League Development employ 100 associates in Ohio and Maryland. He is also a partner and investor in ECM Performance Materials, which processes and packages chemicals and rubber. He is a Senior Advisor to The Greater Cleveland Partnership for Equity and Inclusion.
Brian earned a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and an EMBA from Baldwin Wallace University. He additionally completed four annual executive tracks in business management at The Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
He served as CEO of Industrial Inventory Solutions, which was listed on the Black Enterprise 100 for 5 years prior to the 2008 recession. He has led ventures with fortune 1000 partners, serving as board chair and CEO of iSource Performance Materials (Applied Industrial Technologies, AIT NYSE), Innogistics LLC (Exel/DHL).
Brian is extremely civic minded and has served on many different civic boards as well as private for-profit boards (Fifth Third Bank NEO, Shorebank Cleveland) and public facing boards (Cleveland Cuyahoga Port Authority, North East Ohio Sewer District)
He has served as Director, Chair of Governance, and member of the Compensation Committee at University Hospital Health System. Also, as Trustee, Chair of Finance, member of Governance Committee of University of Cincinnati Foundation, and Director of the President’s Council Business Chamber. He is Director of Rhythm and Blues Foundation NYC as well as Chair of Black Young Presidents Organization Network (of YPO International). He is a board member of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and serves on the finance committee.

Stephen Nimrod
Steve is the vice president of business development at JPCO, Inc. A trusted advisor to the CEO, Steve is responsible for developing strategies that lead to market share and profitability gains. Steve’s business acumen is bolstered by a long career at a leading international law firm, including four years doing transactional work that resulted in over thirty closed deals worth over $8 billion. He holds his B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and his M.B.A. in Finance from Ashland University. Steve is also a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Captain.

Andrew Darty
Operations Manager with 20+ years in the concrete and rail industries, leading large-scale projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, and overseeing bids, proposals, and contracts. Skilled in project management, equipment operation, and blueprint reading, with a strong track record of building client relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Candrice Dalton-Tribble
Candrice Dalton-Tribble earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University. Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, she is known for creating systems that bring clarity to complex tasks. With experience in fundraising and program coordination, she blends efficiency and creativity to help organizations achieve their goals.
A versatile leader and collaborator, she excels at streamlining processes, solving problems, and adapting to new challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys building, gardening, and hands-on projects that reflect her creativity and love of growth. Above all, she values family, balancing her professional and personal life with purpose and grace.
